Members of the Conference Organizing Committee are happy to invite your participation and paper presentation related to any India related academic area.  We do have preference for research studies on India issues; but all high-level research papers are welcome in any field of study. This is a face-to-face session conference, so video presentations are not possible. Papers will go through selection process and paper presenters will get SIAA membership fee paid for 5 years ($150 value). SIAA is a registered, non-profit organization established in 1987 to encourage and promote professional activities of academicians from India working in USA.

  • Paper or abstract submission Deadline: July 15, 2026 (early submissions are encouraged).
    • Full paper submission deadline: September 1, 2026.  
  • Before August 31, 2026 the registration fee for USA residents is $150; for Indian residents the fee is $50.00  Registration fee includes the cost of two luncheons, 1 dinner on 18th and 2 tea breaks on both days of the conference.  Some discounted fees will be available to exceptional candidates. Please contact the Program Chair for specific requests.
  • Papers should follow the standard format (AMA or Chicago style) for presentation consideration. Video facilities will be available.

Please note the following:

  • Eminent speakers are invited for luncheon sessions.
  • All presented papers will receive comments from the discussant/s.  Special sessions on a particular topic are invited to be arranged by all Indian academicians.  Special requests for presenting on a “specific” day of the conference may be considered but are not guaranteed.
