Dr. Sharma serves as the Dean and Professor of Biology, College of Science and Health at William Patterson University (WPU), Wayne, NJ, USA since 2017. He served in many other academic positions at the Dean's level. He has completed the Management of Leadership Education (MLE) program at Harvard University. Dr. Sharma has over 35 years of teaching and research experience in Immunology, Nano-Immunology, Retrovirology, Biochemistry, and Markers in Leukemia.
Assuming that we all value higher education as the sure pathway for social mobility, how to transform education through understanding threshold concepts and recognizing that knowledge is troublesome? Answer to these question may lead us to understand how Indian values have shaped leadership and reframing in the context of higher education.
