Members of the Conference Organizing Committee are happy to invite your participation and paper presentation in any India related academic area. We do have preference for research studies on India issues, and all high-level research papers are welcome in any field of study. Papers will go through selection process and paper presenters would get SIAA membership fee paid for 5 years ($150 value). SIAA is a registered, non-profit organization established in 1987 to encourage and promote professional activities of academicians from India working in USA. SBUP is a reputed academic institution in Pune serving a vast student body for several
years.

  • Paper or abstract submission Deadline:
    • June 15, 2025, (early submissions are encouraged).
  • Full paper submission deadline:
    • November 1, 2025. Registration deadline: October 1, 2025
  • Before October 1, 2025
    • The registration fee for USA residents is $250;
    • for Indian residents the fee is Rs. 2000.00
  • After November 1, 2025
    • The registration fee is $300.00 for USA residents
    • And Rs. 2500.00 for Indian residents.
    • Registration fee includes cost of two luncheons, 1 dinner on 21st and 2 tea breaks on both days of the conference.
  • Some discounted fees will be available to exceptional candidates.
  • For registered students from all over the world, and for participants from (attendants and paper presenters) developing countries the registration fee is reduced even further.

  • Papers should follow the standard format (AMA or Chicago style) for presentation consideration.

    drive from Mumbai airport and Pune airport has several flights from New Delhi airport.
  • A block of rooms is reserved for the conference. Approximate daily rate of the hotel is $120.

  • Please note the following:
    • Eminent speakers are invited for luncheon and plenary sessions.
    • All presented papers will receive comments from the discussant/s.
    • Special sessions on a particular topic are invited to be arranged by all Indian academicians.
    • Special requests for presenting on a “specific” day of the conference may be considered but are not guaranteed.
