Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) has provided the underpinning for the civilisational state that is Bharatvarsha. After a deep decline for 1200 years, there is a new awakening and awareness of IKS. This talk will stress that IKS can only become a reality with a complete civilisational bootstrapping in Bharat.
